Still Time To Sign Up For Business Backs The Bulls Program

BUFFALO, NY – With the 2014-15 basketball season right around the corner, the University at Buffalo Division of Athletics has an exciting opportunity for local as the Business Backs The Bulls program returns for its second year.
Interest in the Bulls has been at an all-time high as individual season ticket sales have already surpassed last year's numbers with three weeks still to go before the home openers and this initiative will allow local businesses to be a part of the action as well.
For $500, the Business Backs The Bulls program gives local businesses four season and 10 tickets to an individual game of their choice, a scoreboard message, a listing on UBBulls.com and an exclusive networking opportunity during the year, which will include the UB coaching staffs and other business partners.
It will be an exciting year of UB Basketball. The men's team, under the direction of second-year head coach Bobby Hurley, is coming off a year where it won its first outright MAC East Division Title and returning from that squad is preseason All-MAC selection and Buffalo, NY native Will Regan as well as sophomore Shannon Evans, who was named one of the top freshmen in the nation last year.
Beginning her third season as head coach of the women's basketball team, Felisha Legette-Jack has brought a new energy to campus and her squad is projected to win the MAC East and fight for a Mid-American Conference title with a veteran squad this year that includes All-MAC players Kristen Sharkey and Mackenzie Loesing.
The Business Backs The Bulls program began last year during the 2013 football season and saw great success. To date, many of these businesses have signed up for basketball to take advantage of the great game day atmosphere, client entertainment and much more.
