
Bulls Sign Kenzie Koch To National Letter Of Intent

BUFFALO, NY – Head coach Jen Teague has announced the addition of Kenzie Koch, who has signed a National Letter of Intent to player softball for the Bulls in 2012-13. Koch comes to Buffalo from Prosser, WA.
Koch is a utility player that can play both the middle infield and the outfield. She has played varsity softball for four seasons at Prosser High School, where she has bee named first-team All-State, first-team All-Area and twice named to the All-League First Team. She has also been named her team's Most Valuable Player and Most Inspirational Player. In her junior season, Koch hit .603 with seven home runs.
Koch plays her club softball for the Washington Explosion 18 Gold Team. While with the Explosion, her team was the ASA Washington State Champions in 2010. Her club has played in tournaments all over the country, including Florida, California, Texas and Arizona.
Off the field, Koch is an outstanding student and is a member of the Key Club, National Honor Society and the student council. She is heading to Buffalo with the goal of earning her Doctorate Degree in Psychology.
"Kenzie will come in and provide great depth for us early on," said Teague. "She is a very good athlete and a great student that comes from a good family. She is a small kid, but she brings a big bat."
Koch joins Dani Cowan, Ryleigh Fitzgerald and Anissa Pinedo who all signed with Buffalo back in November.
