Will Brandau returned to the program as Director of Analytics in 2026.
Brandau served as Director of Analytics for the Bulls as an undergraduate student and played a key role in Coach Lembo's game-day decision making in his first season. He was a valuable asset in Buffalo's 9-4 campaign and Bahamas Bowl victory in 2024.
After graduating from UB, Brandau accepted a Football Analytics Intern position with the Green Bay Packers for the 2025 campaign. Among his duties included creating scouting reports, managing script and play result data at practice and maintaining and expanding a database to accommodate growing team data needs.
Along with serving as Director of Football Analytics, Brandau is also pursing his PhD in Operations Research in UB's School of Engineering.
