Hayleigh rejoined the University At Buffalo Sports Medicine staff in August 2024, focusing primarily on Wrestling and Women’s Tennis.
Before returning to UB, Hayleigh spent two years at Brown University as an athletic trainer for Football and Women’s Water Polo. During her tenure, she played a key role in the leadership team of 'Bruno Cares', a peer-to-peer support program aimed at enhancing the resilience of student-athletes in academics, sport, and life.
Prior to her time at Brown, Hayleigh worked at UB for one year, providing athletic training services for softball and women’s swim & dive teams. Her career began with an athletic training fellowship at the United States Naval Academy, where she worked closely with Football, Women’s Lacrosse, and Men’s Heavyweight Rowing. She was honored with the 2021 'Red' Romo Scholarship during her tenure at Navy.
Hayleigh earned her Masters of Science in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Springfield College in 2020. At Springfield, she served as a graduate assistant in athletic training, adjunct faculty member, and clinical preceptor. Her roles included working with Men’s Basketball in her first year and club sports in her second.
Originally from Hamilton, New York, Hayleigh graduated from King’s College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, gaining experience with both collegiate and high school sports.
