Andrew Dardaris joined the University at Buffalo in March 2025 as Associate Athletic Director for Revenue Generation, bringing a strong background in ticketing, sales strategy, and fan engagement across both collegiate and professional sports.
Most recently, Andrew served as Manager of Ticket Sales for the Rockford IceHogs, the AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks. During the 2024–25 season, he helped lead the sales team to record-breaking performance in new season ticket and group ticket sales.
Before that, Andrew spent over six years with Learfield Amplify at the University of Colorado. He began as an Account Executive in 2018, focused on selling ticket packages and group experiences for football, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. In 2021, he was promoted to Director of Ticket Sales and Service, where he led several major initiatives, including setting a new record for football season tickets sold in 2023, selling out all six home games that season, and achieving the second-highest attendance percentage in the Pac-12 in 2022. He also oversaw consistent growth in both men’s and women’s basketball ticket sales from 2021 to 2024.
Andrew started his career in 2017 as an Inside Sales Representative with the Colorado Avalanche after graduating from the University of Dayton with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration.
A Rochester, New York native, Andrew now lives in Buffalo with his wife, Allison, and their dog, Olive.
