A.J. Lembo was hired as Director of Player Personnel on June 16, 2025. He came to Buffalo following a stint as Director of Scouting at East Carolina.
Lembo is a 2024 graduate of Texas Christian University where he worked with the football program in the recruiting and personnel departments. He assisted personnel and the coaching staff with the evaluation and analysis of high school and college prospects.
