Junior (2012): Did not appear in any games.
Sophomore (2011): Played four games in net while making three starts... logged 335 total minutes, making 10 saves... came on late in the season with a pair of clutch performances, shutting out Florida Atlantic on Oct. 29 for the win and ending the season with four saves in a double-overtime tie against Hartwick on Nov. 2 to help the team clinch a MAC tournament berth.
Freshman (2010): Started five matches with six overall appearances... Allowed five goals while picking up 17 saves in net with a pair of shutouts... Finished with a 4-1 record in his five starts... Earned shutout in collegiate debut with a 1-0 win at Canisius on September 10, stopping four shots... Picked up a shutout on October 11 with a 2-0 decision at Cleveland State with one save... Had a season-best six saves in 3-2 victory over Northern Illinois on October 22.
High School: Played at Jesuit College Prep High School for coach Charles DeLong... Earned two letters and compiled an undefeated 25-0-0 record in goal his senior season, with 20 shutouts for the Rangers... Named Player of the Year by the Dallas Morning News and selected to ESPN Rise’s All-American Second Team... Earned all-district and all-state honors and was the MVP in the Texas State Championship... Also played eight years of club soccer for the Dallas Texans and head coach Hassan Nazari, leading the team to the 2008 national championship, a spot in the 2006 national finals, five Disney Showcase Champions appearances and the 2003 Surf Cup title.
Personal: Born April 29, 1992... Son of Jeff and Donna Aubrey... Has one brother (Brandon)... Favorite athlete is Dutch goalkeeper and Manchester United player Edwin Van der Sar... Enjoys alternative and rock music and lists Stone Temple Pilots as his favorite band... Lists sandwiches with most meats, cheese, lettuce and onion as his favorite food which leads to his favorite quote by comedian Mitch Hedberg, “I order the club sandwich all the time, but I’m not even a member.”... Chose UB for its engineering program... Major is undecided.
