2014-15: Redshirted his freshman season.
High School: Played for head coach Dave Secor at New Garden Friends School..led his team to a 17-11 record as a season as he averaged 13 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks per game...set his high school record for single-season rebounding with 300 and he also set the record for blocked shots.
Personal: Born September 23, 1995... Son of Smart and Comfort Amaobi...has three brothers (Oc, Godsent, Lucky) and one sister (Blessing)...host family is Nick and Cinda Purrington and brothers (Alfred, Charles, Joel)...originally a native of Nigeria...lists his favorite athlete at Hakeem Olajuwon...favorite music is reggae...chose UB because he felt it was a good program that he could fit into...also enjoys listening to music and playing soccer.
