2020-21: After a stellar rookie season, Fair continued to dominate as a sophomore, starting all 24 games… Named First Team All-MAC and to the All-Defensive Team… Averaged 24.1 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 2.9 steals per game… Led the Bulls in Scoring in 22 of 24 games, while also leading UB in assists (122) and steals (70)… Scored in double figures 23 times, 19 times with 20 or more points and five times with 30+ points… Became the fastest player in program history and 14th fastest in Division I women’s basketball history to score 1,000 career points, doing so in her 44th career game at Central Michigan (1/30)… Recorded the program’s first triple double in nearly 20 years with 28 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in a win over Akron (12/13)… Twice tied her career high with 36 points against Bowling Green (1/13) and at Ball State (2/20)… Scored 30 points in the MAC Tournament quarterfinal win over Kent State (3/10)… Finished the season ranked sixth in the nation in scoring (24.1) while also ranking in the top 25 in free throws made (145), free throws attempted (179), final points (579), steals (70), field goals made (187), field goals attempted (513) and assists (120)… Fair was named one of 10 finalists for the Nancy Lieberman Award which honors the nation’s best point guard, to the late season watch list for the Dawn Staley Award and was one of 10 semifinalists for the Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year Award.
2019-20: Made an immediate impact in her first season as a Bull, putting together one of the best freshman campaigns in program history, appearing in 30 games while earning 26 starts… Named MAC Freshman of the Year… Earned MAC East Player of the Week honors four times… Averaged 22.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.8 steals per game… Scored in double figures 28 times, surpassing the 20-point mark 21 times, while recording two double-doubles… Led the Bulls in scoring in 23 of 31 games, while also leading UB in assists (106) and steals (83)… Finished in the top 10 in nine statistical categories on UB’s single-season records list, including scoring average (22.0), total points (660), field goals made (232), field goals attempted (624), three point field goals made (74), three point field goals attempted (236), free throws made (122), free throws attempted (170) and steals (83)… Scored a career-high 36 points and pulled down a career-best 11 rebounds against Kent State in the MAC Tournament quarterfinals (3/11)… Scored 31 points in a win at Niagara (11/9)… Recorded her first career double-double with 24 points and 10 rebounds against Central Connecticut State in the season opener (11/5)… Scored 23 points and dished out a career-best 10 assists in a win over Miami (OH) to open conference play (1/4)… Finished the season ranked fourth in the nation in scoring (22.0 ppg), while also ranking third in final points (660), 20th in steals per game (2.8) and 21st in total steals (83)… Fair landed on numerous watch lists including the Dawn Staley Award for the country's top guard and the Her Hoop Stats Mid-Major Player of the Year award watch list.
High School: Played four seasons at Edison Tech High School, including three as team captain, for head coach Jack Palmeri… Helped her team to an 18-4 record during her senior season while averaging a Section V-best 33.5 points, 10.0 rebounds and eight assists per game… Named All-Greater Rochester Player of the Year, becoming the first Rochester City School District to win the award since its inauguration in 1993… Set the school record for points in a game with 51 as well as set program records for most threes made in a game and single-season… Her 10 made three pointers in a win over Honeoye Falls-Lima in February also set a new Section V record… Named to the Ronald McDonald All-Star Team… 2018 New York State Sportswriters Association All-State Team Honorable Mention.
