2020-21: Played in all 25 games, making one start…averaged 5.0 points per game, scoring in double figures six times…had a career high 16 points at Ohio (2/27). Scored 11 points against Army West Point (11/28) and 12 at Miami (OH) (12/15)…also finished with 10 points against Eastern Michigan (1/21) and Kent State (3/11)…chipped in 14 points against Western Michigan (2/12)…averaged 2.8 rebounds per game and 1.1 assists per contest, registering four assists against Ohio (1/29) and at Northern Illinois (2/23).
2019-20: Played in 18 games, averaging 1.5 points and 1.8 rebounds per game…scored six points and had five rebounds against Nazareth (11/11)…added five points at Vanderbilt (12/3) and had four points in a win at Central Michigan (1/18).
2018-19: Averaged 15.0 points and 7.1 rebounds per game during his lone season at Trinity Valley...shot 53.4% from the field and just over 30% from three-point range... went over the 20-point mark six times, including a pair of 29-point games against Pensacola State College and Jacksonville College...his Cardinals squad also advanced to the NJCAA Men’s Basketball National Tournament where he scored 19 points in the first game against Shelton State Community College.
2017-18: Played his freshman season at Memphis, where he saw action in 33 games..averaged 2.8 points per game, including 14 points twice in games against Loyola (MD) and USF...following the performance against Loyola, Nickelberry was named the AAC Rookie of the Week.
High School: Played his high school ball at Windermere Prep where he was a second-team All-Central Florida selection and the FACA Class 5A District Player of the year...in 28 games he averaged 15.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 2.1 steals per game, while scoring in double-figures 21 times with seven games of 20+ points and another with a season-high 30 points in a win... had nine games of double-digit rebounds, and five with double-digit assists...he had three triple-doubles during the season including 12 points, 11 assists, and 11 rebounds against Coronado, 17 points, 10 assists, and 11 rebounds against Jones, and 13 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists against Trinity Prep.
