Brackets Revealed for MAC Championships

BUFFALO, NY - The Mid-American Conference released the brackets for the 2026 MAC Wrestling Championships which are set to begin on Friday at Buffalo's Alumni Arena.

Zachary Belverio is unseeded and will face SIUE's Drew Davis. The two met back in February with Davis earning the 4-1 decision.

Max Elton is unseeded and will face fourth-seed Gable Strickland of Lock Haven. It will be the first meeting between the two.

Tyler Roark is the seventh seed and will open against Richie Woods. The two previously met in December with Roark earning a 6-0 decision.

Sam Ewing is seeded sixth and earned a first-round bye. He will face the winner of (2) Lucas Kapusta (Lock Haven) vs. Collin Arch (Northern Illinois) match.
