
Bulls Reveal 2024 Football Schedule

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo, in conjunction with the Mid-American Conference, announced the 2024 football schedule on Tuesday. It will be the first season under the leadership of new head coach Pete Lembo.
The schedule will look different this season when it comes to conference play as the MAC no longer has two divisions.
The Bulls open the season with three straight non-conference games, beginning with the opener against Lafayette on Thursday, August 29 at UB Stadium. It will be the first meeting between the teams since 1998.
On Sept. 7, the Bulls will travel to Missouri. It will be the second meeting between the schools and the first since 2008. UB will return home to host Massachusetts on Sept. 14 in the final non-conference matchup between the schools before the Minutemen join the MAC in 2025.
UB will begin conference play at Northern Illinois on Sept. 21 before closing out non-conference play at Connecticut on Sept. 28.
After a bye week on Oct. 5, Buffalo will conclude the season with seven straight MAC games. The Bulls will host Toledo on Oct. 12 and Western Michigan in a homecoming matchup on Oct. 19.
The Bulls will then hit the road for consecutive games at Ohio (Oct. 26) and at Akron (Nov. 2).
UB will close out the regular season with three mid-week MACtion games, including two at home.
On Tuesday, Nov. 12 the Bulls will host Ball State, the team Lembo coached from 2011-15. After a road game at Eastern Michigan on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the Bulls will conclude the regular season at home against Kent State on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
The MAC Football Championship game will be played on Saturday, December 7 at Ford Field.
