
Bulls Remain in Second Place After Day Two of MAC Championships

OXFORD, Ohio – The University at Buffalo women's swimming and diving team (3-3, 3-2 MAC) are in second place after day two of the Mid-American Conference Championships with a total score of 224 points.
Marij van der Mast finished first in the B Finals of the 500 freestyle in 4:51.39. Nicole Aguilar and Clarice Fisher finished third and sixth with times of 2:01.38 and 2:02.22, respectively, in the B Final of the 200 IM.
In the championship final of the 50 Freestyle, Toni Naccarella claimed gold with a time of 22.15-seconds, recording her third career gold medal in the event. Sawyer Bosley finished sixth with a time of 22.78-seconds.
The Bulls took gold and silver in the 1-Meter Dive, with Victoria Franz winning the event with a score of 315.06. Marialis Kwak finished second with a score of 299.79.
Day two was capped off with the 200 Freestyle Relay, with the team of Sawyer Bosley, Toni Naccarella, Mia Naccarella, and Ellie Duley finishing second in 1:30.06.

Day three of competition will begin with the 400 IM, 200 Freestyle, 100 Breaststroke, and 100 Backstroke prelims at 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning. The 3-Meter Diving prelims will begin at 12:30 p.m., and the finals will begin at 6:30 p.m.
DAY TWO STANDINGS
