UB to Host NIL Educational Session for Local Businesses

BUFFALO, NY - UB Athletics is inviting local businesses to an educational session regarding the new Name, Image and Likeness [NIL] rules pertaining to UB student-athletes. The event will be held on July 22 at 4 pm via Zoom.

On July 1, NCAA rules changed significantly for student-athletes and the use of their NIL. The UB Athletics Compliance Office will host a 30-minute information zoom to review the NIL basics for local businesses and companies.
