Finegan Added to Ray Guy Award Watch List

AUGUSTA, GA – University at Buffalo punter Evan Finegan has been added to the watch list for the Ray Guy Award, the Augusta Sports Council announced. The Ray Guy Award is given annually to the best punter in college football.
A sophomore, Finegan had a strong debut season with the Bulls in 2018. The Michigan native averaged 41.8 yards per punt to break the single-season school record for punt average. Of his 52 punts on the season, 10 were downed inside the 20-yard line.
He had two punts in the season opener against Robert Morris. Both of his punts were downed inside the 20-yard line.

The 1-0 Bulls will travel to Penn State on Saturday night to take on the 15th-ranked Nittany Lions.
