
Bulls Look To Keep Home Streak Alive Tuesday Night Against Toledo

BUFFALO, NY - Having played 14 of 22 games on the road this season, the Bulls open up a two-game homestand on Tuesday night against MAC West leader, Toledo. UB is currently one game out of first place, which is shared by four teams right now.
The Bulls had a three-game winning streak snapped on Saturday night at Akron, 75-72. Junior Justin Moss continues to lead UB and the entire Mid-American Conference at 18.3 points and 9.3 rebounds, while sophomore Shannon Evans is averaging 15.3 points per game and leads UB with 100 assists. Senior Xavier Ford is now third on the team in scoring at 9.5 points per game.
Toledo has won five straight games including a 72-61 win at Ball State on Saturday. The Rockets are led by senior point guard Julius Brown, who averages 16.3 points and has 102 assists. Justin Drummond adds 12.9 points per game and J.D. Weatherspoon averages 12.1 points and a team-high 7.6 rebounds.
Toledo leads the all-time series 12-7, snapping a streak of five straight UB wins last season. The Bulls have won three straight meetings at Alumni Arena and four of the last five games in Buffalo.
