BINGHAMTON, NY - The Bulls continue their two-game roadtrip on Tuesday night at Binghamton. It is their first trip to Binghamton since the 1969-70 season.
UB is coming off a 68-56 loss at #6 Wisconsin, having held a one-point halftime lead. The Bulls are led by Justin Moss, who is averaging a league-best 17.0 points and 10.4 rebounds per game. Sophomore Shannon Evans is second on the team in scoring at 14.5 points per game. Senior Xavier Ford is averaging 6.4 points off the bench, following three straight double-figure performances.
Binghamton is 1-13 on the year and looking to snap an 11-game losing streak. The Bearcats lost 69-68 to Mt. St. Mary's in their previous game. Dusan Perovic leads the Bearcats in scoring at 11.6 points per game, while Willie Rodriguez is second on the team in scoring at 10.1 points per game and leads them with 5.4 rebounds per contest.
The Bulls lead the all-time series between these two teams, 4-1. UB defeated Binghamton 87-57 at Alumni Arena last season. It was the first time that the two SUNY rivals had played since the 1980-81 season. UB is 2-0 all-time at Binghamton.
