
Bulls Head To St. Bonaventure For Pivotal Big 4 Matchup

BUFFALO, NY - UB remains on the road to face its second straight Big 4 opponent as the Bulls head down to Olean, NY to face St. Bonaventure. Both teams are 4-1 after big wins at the Big 4 Basketball Classic on Saturday.
The Bulls defeated Canisius 72-57 and they continue to be led by Justin Moss, who is averaging 17.6 points and 9.2 rebounds per game. Shannon Evans is averaging 14.2 points per game and Lamonte Bearden and Jarryn Skeete are averaging 11.0 and 10.0 points, respectively.
St. Bonaventure defeated Niagara 74-59 and they have all five starters averaging double figures led by 15.6 points per game from Marcus Posley. Youssou Ndoye is averaging a double-double at 10.5 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. Andell Cumberbatch chips in 14.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game.
St. Bonaventure leads the all-time series between the two schools, 6-3. The Bulls won last season at Alumni Arena, 78-73, to snap a five-game losing streak against the Bonnies. The two teams have played just four times since the 1998-99 season. UB is looking for its first win at SBU since 1915-16.
