Men's Basketball Adds Another Game to Home Slate

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo men's basketball team is adding another home game to the 2010-11 schedule. The Bulls will play Houghton College on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Alumni Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 pm.
As a holiday gift to fans, all tickets to the game will be free. Santa Claus will be at the game for kids as well as the bounce house. It will also be the last chance for fans to purchase holiday packs of tickets before Christmas.
"We've been trying to fill this void for months. We had a team contracted to come in and it fell through," head coach Reggie Witherspoon said. "We really needed a game between Dec. 11 and Dec. 30. It's important that we stay sharp heading into conference play."
After playing five of their first seven games on the road, the Bulls (4-3) will play four straight home games, beginning Wednesday night against Niagara.
