Brian McCallion was a standout on the pitch for the men's soccer team from 1997-00.
- A four-time all-conference selection, he started every game of his four-year career – the first player in UB's Division I history to accomplish the feat.
- He ranks third in program history in career assists with 17 – two shy of the school record.
- McCallion was the 2001 Clifford C. Furnas Award winner and in 2014 was named the Alumnus of the Year by the UB School of Management.
