Bill Dando Head Coach 1977-1989

Thirteen seasons with UB.

Built UB's football program from scratch through a period of great transition, creating the base for our rise to Division 1-A.

Coached 12 All-Americans and 16 ECAC All-Stars, including two Upstate New York Football Conference Players of the Year.

His 1983 team (8-2) set UB football records that still stand.

His 1986 team (9-2) finished fifth in the East and 20th in the NCAA Division III poll.
