- A two-way end on the Bulls football team who possessed speed, quickness and aggressiveness.
- Broke and NCAA record with a pass reception that covered 86 yards for a TD vs. Bucknell.
- Broke UB sprint records in the 220 and 440, as well as the mile relay.
- His speed earned him a spot on the 1952 and 1953 Bulls basketball team.
