Casey joined the University at Buffalo Sports Medicine staff in 2025 as an Athletic Trainer working primarily with Football and Track & Field. In addition to his clinical role, Casey serves as a Research Assistant with the UBMD Concussion Research Team.
In May of 2025, Casey earned his Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from the University at Buffalo. Throughout graduate school Casey had clinical internships at UB working with the football program during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, assisting through fall camp, the regular season, and culminating in the 2025 Bahamas Bowl. Casey also completed internships with St. Francis High School, the Arizona Diamondbacks, and the Buffalo Bills. In spring of 2025, Casey completed a fully immersive internship at Army West Point with their football program.
Casey is a native of Buffalo and resides in North Tonawanda, NY.
