Kellie Peiper is the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Excellence. Kellie began working for UB Athletics in September 2001 as a sport psychology consultant. Since 2001, she has held various titles including Student-Athlete Development Coordinator and Director of Student-Athlete Excellence.
In her role at UB, Kellie is responsible for the oversight of the NCAA Student-Athlete Affairs program components, and UB’s sport psychology program. This includes managing educational programming and support for student-athletes around personal development, career development, physical and mental health, mental toughness skills training, leadership development, community outreach programming, and all other aspects of student-athlete well-being.
Kellie is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the swimming team and earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in coaching. She did her graduate work at Temple University, where she earned a master’s degree in Sport Psychology.
A Buffalo native, Kellie and her husband Steve reside in Snyder with their two children, Reagan and Nolan.
