Biasello joined the Bulls coaching staff in April of 2019 as an Assistant Coach, after serving two seasons at Colgate where she served in the same capacity.
During her two year stint with the Colgate Raiders as an assistant head coach, Biasello served as the programs head recruiter for both the men's and women's teams. She worked primarily with IM, sprint, and stroke swimmer groups and took over as interim head coach for the program after the departure of the teams head coach following the 2019 season.
Prior to her stint with Colgate, Biasello spent two seasons at Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. where she played an integral part in guiding the Grizzlies men's and women's teams to back-to-back Horizon League titles during the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons.
Biasello spent a year at Oberlin College during the 2014-15 season. During her tenure, the Yeoman turned out their highest finish at conference championships in school history, placing fourth, as the team broke 13 team records while posting a 6-1 dual meet record.
Prior to her time at Oberlin, Biasello served as the head boys swim coach at the University of Detroit Jesuit for the 2013-14 season. While there, Biasello coached the team to its highest-ever finish at conference championships and the most successful season in school history.
Biasello is a four-year letter winner at Michigan State University and competed as a breast stroke specialist while serving as a team captain for the Spartans. She competed at the Big Ten Championships all four years of her collegiate career.
The Austin, Texas, native graduated from Michigan State in 2011 where she holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology.
