Zach Martin joined the Buffalo football program in 2026 as a defensive analyst and assistant recruiting coordinator.
Martin came to Buffalo after serving as defensive coordinator at Bloomsburg for the previous two seasons.
Prior to Bloomsburg, Martin spent two seasons as linebackers coach at Wheeling University. He was also the recruiting coordinator for the Cardinals.
Martin served as special teams coordinator and linebackers coach at SUNY Morrisville in 2022.
He also had coaching stints at Clarion, Lehigh and Susquehanna.
Martin was a linebacker at Susquehanna and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in computer science in December of 2019.
