Director of On-Campus Recruiting/High School Relations Sten Homme has served in numerous capacities on the UB football staff since 2019.
In his current role, Homme also serves as the team's pro liaison.
Homme previously served as assistant director of football player personnel and recruiting in 2023;
From 2021-23, Homme served as a scouting and operations assistant.
A 2022 graduate of Buffalo, Homme held several roles as a student, including defensive and special teams student assistant and football recruiting intern.
