Anthony Rozek joined the UB football program in 2025 as a recruiting and operations assistant. He was promoted to Assistant Director of Player Personnel and Scouting prior to the 2026 campaign.

Rozek spent the 2022 season as a football operations and recruiting intern at Rutgers.

He is a 2020 graduate of the University at Buffalo.
