Hoof Prints: Tall, sure-handed tight end who has been a three-sport standout in high school...emerged as the starter in 2013... chose Buffalo for the coaching staff and campus...major is communication.
Junior (2014): Was the Bulls’ top tight end with 15 catches for 286 yards and four touchdowns… his four receiving touchdowns tied for third on the team… named to the Academic All-MAC team…. Had two catches for 52 yards and a 41-yard touchdown against Duquesne (8/30)… had three catches for 37 yards against Baylor (9/12)… had a season-high four catches for 56 yards and a touchdown against Miami (OH) (9/27)… had a pair of catches, including a 50-yard touchdown at Eastern Michigan (10/11)… had two catches for 44 yards and a touchdown against Akron (11/11).
Sophomore (2013): Earned the role of starting tight end, appearing in all 13 games while making nine starts… finished the regular season with 13 catches for 154 yards and one touchdown… caught his first career touchdown pass in the season opener against Ohio State (8/31)… hauled in a career-high four catches for 31 yards against Miami (11/19)… had one catch for a career-long 34-yards against Toledo (11/12)… had four games with at least two catches and five games with at least 20 receiving yards.
Redshirt Freshman (2012): Played in all 12 games, making one start... served on the special teams kick return and kick coverage squads... returned a pooch kick 12 yards against Morgan State (9/8)... made his first career catch, going for 15 yards in the season finale against Bowling Green (11/23)... caught a two-point conversion pass at Massachusett (11/17).
Freshman (2011): Redshirted in his first season at Buffalo.
High School: Had 54 receptions for over 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior for coach Alan Meyer…a second-team All-State selection after being tabbed as receiver of the year for both his league and county…his team was inter-county champions in 2009 and 2010…rated the 62nd best tight end prospect in the nation by ESPN Recruiting…has also earned honors as a center on the basketball team and in the high jump and javelin events in track and field.
