Sophomore (2016): Started all 12 games at inside linebacker and was a tackling machine in his first season at Buffalo… had a team-high 123 tackles on the year to rank eighth in school history and second in UB’s FBS era for a single season… named All-MAC Second Team… ranked second on the team in tackles for loss with seven… had double-digit tackles in seven games… had a season-high 17 tackles at Nevada (9/17) and followed with a 16-tackle performance against Army (9/24) to become the first player in UB’s FBS era to record 16+ tackles in consecutive games… had 10 tackles (eight solo) and a tackle for loss at Boston College (10/1)… had 15 tackles (nine solo) and a season-high 2.5 tackles for loss against Ball State (10/15)… had 11 tackles at Northern Illinois (10/22)… had 12 tackles, including a tackle for loss against Akron (10/27)… had 16 tackles, including a season-high 11 solo stops at Bowling Green (11/25).
Previous School: A linebacker from the City College of San Francisco. He played one season for the Rams. Hodge helped lead the City College of San Francisco to a state championship in 2015. He had an astounding 262 tackles his senior season at St. Mary’s High School in Stockton, CA.
