Hoof Prints: Has been a standout on special teams over his first two seasons... chose UB because of its academics.... major is exercise science.
Sophomore (2014): Played in all 11 games and was a standout on special teams… had five tackles on the season… had two tackles against Baylor (9/12)… had a half tackle for loss against Norfolk State (9/20).
Freshman (2013): He proved to be a key component of the Buffalo special teams, appearing in the final 10 games of the regular season… he finished the season with 11 special teams tackles (six solo)… his best performance of the season came against Miami (11/19) as he made three special teams tackles.
High School: An All-Conference and All-Area West team member in both his junior and senior seasons at East Kentwood High School in Michigan, Glass was named the team’s offensive and overall MVP in his senior season. Similar to future teammate Jamarl Eiland, Glass received an invite to the state’s East vs. West All-Star game. Away from the football field, Houston was a standout track athlete. He made the All-State team as a sophomore and junior, and was an All-American in the long jump in his sophomore season after jumping a personal-best of 22’7".
