2016: Turned into one of the best bullpen pitchers in the MAC as a sophomore... appeared in a team-high 25 games while owning a team-best 2.33 ERA and earning three saves... pitched 46.1 innings out of the bullpen while allowing just 12 runs and striking out 42 batters... held opponents to a team-best .196 batting average against... notched a career-high six strikeouts in 4.2 innings of work against Kent State (5/6)... earned his first win of the season against Niagara (5/10) as he pitched 2.2 scoreless innings while striking out three batters... collected his first save of the season against Canisius (4/12) as he pitched a scoreless ninth inning while striking out two batters... closed out the regular season with a save against Bowling Green (5/20) pitching a scoreless ninth inning and striking out one batter... finished the season with three straight scoreless appearances of at least 2.0 innings while striking out seven batters... had six games with at least three strikeouts... earned Academic All-MAC honors for the first time in his UB career as a sophomore.
2015: Grew into his role as a mid-week starter for the Bulls... appeared in 15 games while starting six for the Bulls... pitched in 41.1 innings while earning a 1-3 record and 28 strikeouts... collected his first career win against Niagara (5/12) as he went three innings and allowed four hits and one run while striking out two... he struck out a career-high four batters against Canisius (3/24) in the Bulls 8-5 win... pitched a career-high five innings in the Bulls 9-8 victory over St. Bonaventure (4/14).
High School: Played three years of pitcher and first base at Webster Thomas high school for head coach Kevin Neenan including on season as team captain... led his team to a 16-6 record as a senior... finished the 2014 season with a .403 batting average while earning a 7-1 record on the mound with a 0.20 ERA and 55 strikeouts... earned first team All-NYS and All-Greater Rochester as a senior... was a two-time All-Monroe County pick as a first baseman and pitcher.
