2016: Went from being one of the best hitters on the team as a freshman to a weekend starting pitcher for the Bulls during his sophomore campaign... the versitale player was the Saturday starter for the Bulls and ranked second on the squad with five wins on the year... he owned a 4.50 ERA across 88.0 innings of work... notched a team-high 74 strikeouts while being a part of two shutouts... pitched a gem against Mount St. Mary''s (3/13) as he went 6.0 innings while allowing no runs and two hits while striking out a career-high eight batters in his second win of the season... went seven scoreless innings in his fifth win of the season against Bowling Green (5/20) as he allowed just five hits and struck out seven... pitched 7.0 innings against Eastern Michigan (4/1) and allowed just three hits and one earne3d run while striking out seven batters... allowed two runs or less six times on the year... had six games with at least seven strikeouts... averaged 7.57 strikeouts per nine innings.
2015: Turned in an impressive freshman season as he appeared in 48 games while starting 47 for the Bulls... led the team with four home runs while also ranking third with 20 RBI''s on the season... he produced 41 hits and 31 runs while ranking fourth on the squad with a 2.65 batting average and a .395 on base percentage... notched his first career homer against Dayton (3/9) as he went 1-for-3 with two runs and two RBI''s in the loss... finished off a career game against Kent State (5/3) in which he went 3-for-4 with three runs scored, a home run, an RBI and a double... had 10 multi-hit games and five multi-RBI games... scored at least one run in 23 of 48 games in which he appeared... also appeared in four games on the mound while starting one for UB as a true freshman... finished the season pitching 10.1 innings with eight strikeouts and a 6.10 ERA... reached base in a career-high 10 straight games during the middle of the season.
