2016: Turned into one of the best pitchers in the MAC in his first season as a starting pitcher for the Bulls as a junior... as UB''s Friday starter, he went 7-4 with a 2.98 ERA, second most wins in a season in program history... earned First Team All-MAC honors for his superb season on the mound, becoming the first UB pitcher since Mike Burke in 2013 to earn first team honors... pitched a team-high 93.2 innings while striking out a career-high 69 batters... had back-to-back scoreless outing against Mount St. Mary''s (3/12) and Northeastern (3/18)... went 7.0 innings of scoreless, three-hit ball against Moutn St. Mary''s (3/12) while striking out a season-high eight batters... went 7.0 innings of scoreless, two-hit ball against Northeastern (3/18), striking out seven batters in a no decision... pitched a season-high 7.2 innings against Northern Illinois (4/22) allowing just six hits and one earned run while striking out four batters... struck out a season-high eight batters in his fourth win of the season against Eastern Michigan (4/1)... allowed two earned runs or less in seven of his 14 starts... struck out at least five batters in seven of his 14 starts... went at least 7.0 innings in nine of his 14 starts on the mound for the Bulls... had four straight outings with at least seven strikeouts from 3/12-4/1... was one of four UB spring athletes to earn MAC Destinguished Scholar Athlete recognition... earned Academic All-MAC honors for the second straight season.
2015: Became one of the Bulls go-to arms from the bullpen as he appeared in 17 games while appearing in the fourth most innings (48.1) as a sophomore... finished the season with a 1-1 record to go along with three saves and a 4.10 ERA... earned 46 strikeouts while only walking 13 batters and allowing a .280 batting average against... recorded a career-high 6.2 innings of work against Houston (3/13) while striking out three Cougars batters... struck out a career-high five batters in three scoreless and hitless innings of action against Dayton (3/8)... struck out four batters in 6.0 innings of three-hit and no-run ball against Northern Illinois (3/21)... notched at least one strikeout in 15 of 17 games in which he appeared in... struk out at least two batters in 14 of 18 games... earned Academic All-MAC accolades as a sophomore.
2014: Appeared in four games while making one start as a freshman... Finished the season with a 6.00 ERA while pitching in 12.0 innings... Made his first career start against Canisius (5/7), pitching 7.0 innings while striking out two and allowing two runs... Pitched in 3.1 innings of relief against Canisius (4/22), striking out a career-best five batters... Allowed three or less hits in three of his four appearances.
High School: Pitched and played shortstop for the Lions under coach Mike Shade... earned three letters and captained the team for one season... led the team to a 24-9 record as a senior, with a 9-2 record and 106 strikeouts with a 1.50 earned run average... as a batter, he chipped in with a .475 batting average... set school records in career and single season wins, strikeouts, and innings pitched...
