
Bulls Announce 2025 Football Schedule

BUFFALO, NY β The University at Buffalo, in conjunction with the Mid-American Conference, announced the 2025 football schedule on Wednesday. For the first time since 2014, the Bulls will host seven home games in the upcoming campaign.
The Bulls will open the season at Minnesota on Aug. 28. It will mark UB's third time playing at Minnesota. The teams last met in 2017.
Buffalo will host Saint Francis in the home opener on Sept. 6. It will be the first meeting between the schools.
UB will travel to Kent State for an early Mid-American Conference game on Sept. 13, before returning home to close out non-conference play.
In a rematch of the 2018 Dollar General Bowl, the Bulls will host Troy on Sept. 20 and then UConn on Sept. 27.
Buffalo will conclude the season with seven straight MAC games, starting with a homecoming matchup against Eastern Michigan on Oct. 4.
Following a bye week on Oct. 11, the Bulls will travel to new MAC-member UMass on Oct. 18.
Buffalo will host Akron on Oct. 25 before playing at Bowling Green on Nov. 1.
UB will close out the regular season with three mid-week MACtion games, including two at home.
On Wednesday, Nov. 15, the Bulls will travel to Central Michigan and then return home for the final two games against Miami (OH) on Wednesday, Nov. 19 and defending MAC Champion Ohio on Friday, Nov. 28.
The Mid-American Conference Football Championship Game will be played on Saturday, December 6 at Ford Field.
