
UB Announces Game Themes for the 2024 Season

BUFFALO, NY – UB Athletics has released its promotional schedule for the upcoming 2024 football season. The Bulls will have unique themes for each of their six home games this year.
August 29 – Lafayette presented by Fatman's Pizza
Home Opener/716 Game – UB will celebrate Western New York when the Bulls host Lafayette in the season opener. Local sports team mascots will be in attendance and there will be pregame concert by local band VOYAGR in the Murchie Family Fieldhouse. Buffalo-themed concessions will include beef on weck, turkey burnt end sliders with loganberry BBQ sauce and jalapeno slaw as well as chicken wings.
September 14 – UMass presented by Milton CAT
Heroes Day – UB will honor and celebrate all active and retired service personnel when the Bulls host UMass. In addition, area high school bands will be invited to perform at the game. Pregame activities include a "touch-a-truck" event with large vehicles and machinery on display outside UB Stadium.
October 12 – Toledo presented by Chick-fil-A on Walden Avenue
Kids Day - Kids will be the focus of the day when the Bulls host Toledo. Discounts for area youth groups will be available and there will be kid-themed programming throughout the day. Pregame activities inside the Murchie Family Fieldhouse include:
Homecoming/Family Weekend/Faculty/Staff Day – The annual homecoming celebration and family weekend will take place on Oct. 19 when the Bulls host Western Michigan. Stop by the Murchie Family Fieldhouse and test your agility in the inflatable obstacle course and listen to a pregame concert. Also, UB faculty and staff will be honored. Discounted tickets will be available for all UB faculty and staff.
November 26 – Kent State
Senior Day/Fan Appreciation – UB will salute its seniors as well as its fans in the final home game of the 2024 season. Prior to the game, football's senior class will be honored. As a thank you for supporting the Bulls, fans will receive special gifts.
