Bulls Compete at CSCAA National Invitational Championships

ELKHART, Ind. – Five members of the University at Buffalo women's swimming and diving team competed at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships on Thursday through Saturday.
On Thursday, the 200 freestyle relay team of Mia Naccarella, Sawyer Bosley, Amanda Neeb, and Abbey Malmstrom finished 20th with a time of 1:33.81.
Mia Naccarella also finished third in the B final of the 50 backstroke with a time of 25.66.
The relay squad of Mia Naccarella, Clarice Fisher, Neeb, and Bosley claimed 14th place in the 400 medley relay in 3:43.74 to cap off day one.
On Friday, the Bulls continued their momentum in relays, finishing 16th out of 53 teams in the 200 medley relay. The team of Mia Naccarella, Fisher, Bosley, and Neeb finished in a time of 1:42.21.
Bosley finished 10th in the championship final of the 200 freestyle in 1:48.83.
The Bulls had several strong finishes on Saturday. Malmstrom took third in the B final of the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:58.89. Neeb claimed seventh in the championship final of the 200 butterfly in 2:01.24. The team of Mia Naccarella, Bosley, Malmstrom, and Neeb finished 15th in the 400 freestyle relay in 3:23.66.
