Football Announces Future Games with Minnesota and Army

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo football team has announced future games with a pair of non-conference opponents. The Bulls will play a single game at Minnesota in 2025 and a home-and-home series with Army West Point beginning in 2026.
The Bulls with play at Minnesota on August 28, 2025. It will be the third meeting between the schools, with the Gophers winning each of the previous two outings. Minnesota defeated the Bulls in 2002 and in 2017.
Buffalo also announced a home-and-home series with Army West Point. The series will open at Army on September 12, 2026 with the Black Knights traveling to UB Stadium on September 11, 2027.
UB and Army have met seven times previously, with the Black Knights holding a 4-3 advantage in the series. Of the seven meetings, four have been played since 2014. Army won the last meeting at UB Stadium in 2018.
This announcement comes on the heels of a four-game series with UConn, beginning in 2024, announced last week.
The Bulls finished the 2019 season with a record of 8-5 and their first ever bowl win, a 31-9 victory over Charlotte in the Makers Wanted Bahamas Bowl. The 2020 campaign kicks off at Kansas State on September 5. Click here for season ticket information.
