
Bulls Place Record 11 Players on Academic All-MAC Football Team

CLEVELAND, OH – The University at Buffalo place 11 football players on the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team, the league announced on Wednesday. It was the football team's most Academic All-MAC selections in school history.
All 11 players were first-time selections to the team.

The 11 selections are the most the Bulls have placed on the Academic All-MAC team since they had eight in 2015.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport. First-year students and junior college transfers in their first year of residence are not eligible for the award.
