BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo Athletics Department has partnered with local schools for a special fundraising ticket offer to the "Black Friday Clash at the Ralph" on November 29. Through UB's Adopt-a-School program, fans can purchase tickets to the Bulls' game against Bowling Green being played at Ralph Wilson Stadium for just $18 with proceeds going to benefit local schools.
Fans can go to ticketmaster.com and enter a special promo code to purchase an $18 ticket (regularly $25). $8 from every purchase will go to the Western New York school of your choice. An email notification of this offer and school-specific promo codes were sent to school principals and PTA presidents earlier this week. Questions should be directed to Jill Rexinger-Kuhn at 716-645-3991 or rexinger@buffalo.edu.
"This is a very important initiative for our department," UB Director of Athletics Danny White said. "We are excited to give fans an opportunity to not only be apart of this special football season, but support local schools at the same time."
Winners of seven straight, the Bulls are in the midst of a very special season. UB is 7-2 overall and sits atop the Mid-American Conference standings with a perfect 5-0 record. The "Black Friday Clash at the Ralph" will likely play a huge part in who represents the East Division in the Mid-American Conference championship game. It will be the first college football game played at Ralph Wilson Stadium since 1979 when Syracuse played Miami (FL).
The deadline to redeem this offer is November 15.
Please Note: This fundraiser is not allowed for any high schools, prep schools or junior colleges
