Colby Way Named to Academic All-District Team

BUFFALO, NY – Colby Way has been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District football team. The sophomore defensive end is a computer engineering major with a 3.73 grade point average. He is now eligible for Academic All-America consideration.
Way has worked his way into the starting lineup and ranks eighth on the team in tackles with 34 and ranks second in tackles for loss (5.5) and third in sacks (2). He has registered at least one tackle for loss in five different games this season.
The State College, PA native was one of five players from the Mid-American Conference named to the Academic All-District Team. The Academic All-America team will be announced in early December.
