Mitchell Watt was a force for the men's basketball team from 2008-12. He was one of the Bulls most prolific shot blockers in program history as he ranks third all-time with 196. His 74 blocks in 2012 rank fifth in program history for a single season and his 68 blocks in 2011 rank sixth. He scored 1,061 career points, culminated by his 2011-12 campaign when he averaged 16.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.3 blocked shots enroute to becoming just the second player in school history to be named Mid-American Conference Player of the Year. Since graduating from UB, Watt has embarked on a long and successful career playing professionally overseas, leading teams to five championships in Germany, Italy and Israel.
