1986-90 (BA '90, EdM '93)
- As a junior, Jeffrey dropped down to wrestle in a lower weight class and emerged as the 158 pound champion in the NCAA Division II Northwest Regional.
- That placing earned him a berth in the NCAA Division II championship meet in which he finished 2nd, earning All-America honors, and advanced him into the Division I championship tournament.
- Jeffrey was named UB male athlete of the year that same season, team co-MVP and most improved wrestler as he led the Bulls in 5 categories and was among the top 3 in 3 others.
- As a senior competing at 167 pounds, Jeffrey captured the New York State Collegiate Championship title in his weight class and was runner-up in the Division II Northeast regional, as well as in 2 other tournaments.
- He also captained the Bulls in his 4th year, led them in 3 categories and was the recipient of the Coaches' Award as the highest contributor to UB wrestling over the course of his career.
