- Anthony was the workhorse of the UB backfield in the mid-'90s, when the Bulls re-entered Division I competition and nobody in the history of UB football carried the football more.
- He amassed 3,103 yards in 4 seasons of competition, had 812 carries, is the current leader in 100-yard rushing games with 13, and stands 4th in all-purpose yards with 3,844.
- In 1994, Anthony gained 1,117 yards, posted a 4.6 yard average, had a UB-record 7 100 yard games, a 215 yard game against Lehigh, scored 9 touchdowns and earned Football Gazette Honorable Mention recognition.
- As co-captain during his senior year, he rushed for 9 touchdowns and completed the campaign as the team's leading rusher for the 4th straight season.
- Over the course of 4 seasons, Anthony scored 180 points (the 3rd highest total in UB history), is tied for 2nd place with 29 rushing touchdowns and among the top 10 in total touchdowns with 30.
