Alexis Curtiss was a standout on the diamond for the softball team from 2012-15. She was just the second player in program history to be named All-MAC First Team twice in her career as well as the second player in program history to be named to the NFCA All-Region First Team. Curtiss is the UB record holder for career doubles (52) and ranks second in career batting average (.358) and career hits (198). She ranks in the top five in four other categories. In 2015, Curtiss set the single-season school record for hits with 72 and doubles with 22. Her .429 batting average in 2015 is second in program history for a single season. She was named to the 2014 MAC All-Tournament Team after helping lead the Bulls to the MAC Championship game.
