Women’s Soccer To Host Girls Soccer College Prospect Camp

BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo women's soccer team led by sixth-year head coach Shawn Burke will host a Girls' Soccer College prospect camp on Sunday, July 21, at UB Stadium.

The camp is open to girls in grades 8-12 and will take place at UB Stadium from 9:15 am to 5:30 pm. The cost of the camp is $135 and that includes a UB T-shirt and instruction from the UB coaching staff.

The main goal of the camp is to prepare the players for collegiate level soccer and to provide a great opportunity for aspiring student-athletes to display their talents and experience in a college training environment in front of coaches from UB, Canisius, Hartwick, Daemen and D'Youville, among others.

Schedule of Events:

9:15 – 9:30 am: Registration

9:30 – 9:45 am: Camp Introduction/Warm Up

9:45 – 11:00 am: Training session*

11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Small Sided Games

12:00pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch (provide own lunch/permissible to leave campus)

1:00 – 2:15 pm: Campus Tour

2:30 – 2:45 pm: Warm up

2:45 – 5:15 pm: 11v11 Full Field Games

5:15 – 5:30 pm: Camp Wrap Up

* Goalkeeper-specific training during this period
