2014-15: Set school records in the outdoor 200-meter dash (23.58), indoor 60-meter dash (7.56), and was a member of the record-setting 4x200 meter relay team (1:38.34). Long also won the MAC Championship in the indoor 200m dash with a time of 24.40. She ran season-best times of 24.22 in the indoor 200-meter dash, 12.02 in the 100-meter dash, a member of the indoor 4x400 meter relay team that ran 3:45.27 and outdoor 4x400 meter relay that completed the event in 3:44.60, and participated in the DMR with a season-best relay time of 11:50.22.

2013-14: Long set school records in the indoor and outdoor 200-meter dashes as a sophomore...she also raced on four record-setting relay teams...she sprinted to a MAC indoor title and First-Team All-MAC honors with a school-record time of 24.09 in the 200...outdoors, she clocked the 200 school record of 23.74 as the runner-up at the MAC Championships to earn second-team nods...teamed with Donna Jeanty, Asia Henry and Crystal Graham to anchor the 4x400 in a school record 3:39.70...the squad won the MAC indoor championship and set a new MAC Championship Meet Record to garner All-MAC First-Team honors...outdoor relay school records came in the 4x100, 4x400 and the DMR...Long teamed with Graham, Malayah White and Jeanty to anchor the 4x100 and win gold at the MAC Championships in 45.29...she joined Graham, Henry and Jeanty in setting the 4x400 record of 3:39.35...also teamed with Corinne Birchard, Meghan Manley and Melinda Wheeler to clock an 11:49.88 DMR...won an outdoor MAC championship in the 4x400 in 3:40.14...claimed First Team All-MAC in the outdoor 4x100 and 4x400...added season-best indoor times of 7.66 in the 60 dash and 58.35 in the 400 and an outdoor performance of 11.85 in the 100.

2012-13: Set a career-best 200m dash time of 24.28 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic...ran the first leg of a 4x400m relay team that placed second at the Outdoor MAC Championships with a time of 3:40.83...recorded a season-best 60m dash time of 7.73 at the Indoor MAC Championships, placing 11th.

High School: Captained three seasons at Aquinas Institute for coaches Leroy Dixon and Anthony Cook. Finished second in the 100m and sixth in the 200m at the 2012 New York State Outdoor Championships. Earned All-Greater Rochester honors. Placed sixth in the 200m at the New Balance Indoor Nationals.

Personal: Born September 18, 1994. Daughter of Christopher Long Sr. and Aaronda Clarkson. Has five brothers (Christopher, Cristian, Cleavant and Cesar Long and Irvin Baulkman) and one sister (Malaysia Pok). Favorite food is “Grandma Annie’s macaroni and cheese”. Favorite TV show is So You Think You Can Dance. Lists dancer and choreographer Martha Graham as the person in history she’d like to meet and says she’d like to appear on Dancing With the Stars. Majoring in nursing.
