His best long jump of the year came at the Marc Denault Invite with a distance of 22-4.50 (6.82m)... His best 100m dash time of 11.27 seconds was turned in at the Outdoor MAC Championships... Recorded an 11th place finish in the Decathlon at the Outdoor MAC Championships with 6,029 points.

High School: Earned five letters and captained two seasons for coach Tim Burlee at Wayne High School. Tied for second in the high jump at the 2012 New York State Indoor Championships. Set Section V indoor pentathlon record and finished third in the pentathlon at the New Balance Indoor Nationals to earn All-America honors. Also lettered in soccer for the Eagles.
