2011-12: Finished ninth with a season-best height of 12-1.50 in the pole vault at the MAC Indoor Championships. Had top outdoor pole vault height of 11-8.50 at Cortland Classic Invitational. 

Previous College: Attended Ithaca College where she was a member of the Bombers’ women’s gymnastics team.

High School: Earned five letters and captained two seasons at Lewiston-Porter High School for coach Mark Johnson. Won the 2010 Niagara Frontier League pole vault title and finished second in the sectionals, qualifying for the state championships.

Personal: Born February 22, 1992. Daughter of Patrick Roemer and Cyndi Van Dusen-Roemer. Has four brothers (Jay Van Dusen, Justin Van Dusen, Jordan Van Dusen, Sean Roemer) and one sister (Shannon Roemer). Favorite food is popcorn. Lists her greatest athletic experience as competing at the Junior Olympic Nationals in gymnastics for two straight years. Majoring in biochemistry with plans on becoming a cardiac surgeon.
