2010-11: Raced at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational during the cross country season, finishing 27th in 20:49.51 for 5K, in only appearance of the season. Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor track seasons. 

2009-10: Saw action in the final five cross country meets of the season, setting top 5K mark of 19:57 at the UB Stampede Invitational. Finished 77th (25:10.8) at the MAC Cross Country Championships. Placed 11th in the 800m (2:15.62) at the MAC Indoor Championships after posting UB’s fastest time of the season (2:12.84) in the event at Zips Open. Had team’s fastest indoor 1,000m mark of 2:54.43 at the Doug Raymond Invitational. Set top outdoor marks in the 800m (2:15.26) and the 1,500m (4:41.91). 

High School: Captained three seasons, earning six letters, at Chatham High School. Coached by her parents, Steve and Suzanne Wightman. Won the 800m at the 2009 state outdoor championships. Also competed in the pole vault at the 2009 state indoor and outdoor meets. Set nine high school records for the Panthers.

Personal: Born August 5, 1991. Daughter of Steve and Suzanne Wightman. Has one brother (Ross). Favorite athlete is bicyclist Andy Schleck. Favorite food is bread. Majoring in environmental design.
